Skilled Workers and Professionals Services
Obtaining a work visa is often a complicated process that yields many obstacles for qualified professionals and/or their employers. EB-3 visas can become an option only if the United States Department of Labor certifies that there are not enough U.S. workers who are qualified, able, willing, and available in the geographical area where the immigrant is working. Our team regularly overcomes these complexities.

Who is Eligible for an EB-3 Visa?
A person with requisite educational and/or employment background and acceptable education level who is offered a permanent position by an employer in the United States can possibly obtain an EB-3 visa.
Types of Skilled Workers
positions that require at least 2 years of experience to fill
- positions that require an unskilled worker and a capable U.S. worker who is willing and able to perform regular, yet strenuous, jobs for an employer certified by the Labor Department
- professional positions
The EB-3 Visa Application Process
The Employer and employee each generally have a part in the application that is filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A labor certification application is an important part of starting the green card or permanent residence application process. Employer-sponsored positions for U.S. permanent residence require the labor certification process through the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) System. The system seeks to eliminate fraud and meet legal standards. Our professionals can help with the process to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
The EB-3 Visa Interview
The US Department of State plays a role in processing the required documents to obtain an immigrant visa. Immigrant visa applications are made to the U.S. Consular Office in the foreign country where the foreign national lives and normally has permanent residency.
This official document that is obtained from the State Department legally allows individuals to travel overseas to the U.S. for a specific purpose, which in this case, is to gain employment. At the point at which an immigrant visa is available, the formal immigration or visa application is made to the USCIS for a green card.
Completing the visa application most often requires an in-person interview with a USCIS officer in which you will provide written and spoken responses to questions - your honesty will be checked with high-tech fraud screening tools.
Acceptance or denial may be determined at the interview by an officer.
How Much Does an EB-3 Visa Cost? What About EB-3 Processing Time?
- The cost of an EB-3 visa is a government filing fee of $700, payable to the United States Department of State.
- The processing time for an EB-3 visa can sometimes take between 1 and 5 years, due to lengthy backlogs in this category. Country of chargeability and company size are determining factors in the length of time an EB-3 visa might process.
